Repeat Prescriptions

Please return the tear off slip on your prescription, ticking the medication you need to order. This can be returned by post or put in the black box on the railing at the door of the surgery.

Alternatively you may also order by emailing: . Please be aware that normal email is not encrypted and so may not be totally secure. If you have an issue with this please re-order in the usual way.

Please do not telephone for prescriptions. We cannot accept telephone calls for repeat prescriptions.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip as 'Please see GP to order more'. Please heed these notifications as this will reduce the time taken to obtain your medications.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.

Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
