Ladies between the age of 16-64 can attend Boots Pharmacy in Beauly if they feel they have a urine infection and can be treated by the pharmacist.

New Patient Registration

When you register with the practice you will be asked to fill out a registration form and you should make a new patient appointment with a doctor/practice nurse, so that a brief history of previous illness can be taken and routine tests can be carried out (blood pressure etc.)

Please print both the registration form and questionnaires to fill in for registering with the practice. You will need to take the forms in in person to register with a form of ID.
